rainbow ins agency windhaven canceling ins without due cause! margate FL
This company likes to cancel policies for for bogus reasons . then they try to get you in new policy that requires new or increase amout of down payment.
I have two examples of this that happened to my account.
example 1, cancellled my policy because they said i didnt send them pics of auto. however i did send pics. when i first baught policy. I recieved no notice that they were having this issue. I have called thier office and left messages and emails with no reply. this negligence has cost me a lot of hassels with dmv .
Example two, Cancel of policy for non payment. Now I sign up for eft. sign all forms and eft form with payment info. they even emailed me a receipt
for payment. Some how the following month they didnt deduct premium. so once again cancelled policy. I show them the sign documents and the signed EFT doc. they reconized they made a mistake . instead of reinstating my ploicy to right matter they offered me to get new ploicy with higher downpayment and higer premiums. or reinstate old ploicy and pay for the cancelled month that already gone by. These actions in my opinion , is dliberate scam customers for money.
