this company is the worst company anybody could possibly deal with if you're trying to buy a home I suggest going somewhere else because they're 30 year high Apr scam rent to own houses are uninhabitable and they know you cant afford an attorney so you're locked into it and if you miss a payment they will immediately evict you
how you can be evicted from something you own I don't have an answer to that you're supposed to be foreclosed on if you own it which means you've never really own the home even though you're paying taxes on it for them and caring the insurance which technically is a scam because you don't own the home so how are you caring home insurance
they're being investigated by the Attorney General for scamming less fortunate individuals who can't get traditional financing what they do to get you into the door tell you own your home In 3 days blah blah blah
you make all the repairs to make the house habitable which it never really is because you can't afford to pay to fix it up and pay the rent that they want on it and as soon as you miss one payment Or your late They send you an eviction letter Plain an simple this company should be closed down
Its sad to know that rich guys like the owner can sleep at night knowing others are worried about whats going to happen to them because some piece of s*** suckered them into buying a crap house i hope someone reads this an investigate this company so he can worrie about where hes going to sleep onces the scam unfolds
