I was working with my dad outside when the phone rang..

it rang about 5 tims when i got inside to look at the caller id it rang at least 5 more times.. so i thought to myself ..ok its rang 10 times already.. i'm going to see how long they going to keep calling ...wow 30 times ...

pretty clear they didnt have anything better to do ! by the way for people who like to slam people on here I WAS late and told them so as i had to go into working early and work a dbl. shift.. I then try calling customer service in the morning and I ask for a distrcit mgr.

to discuss this with him. I was told there was nobody there yet 9:09 in the morning and she would hav one of the mgrs. call me back I thannk her and said no i wanted to talk to a person now and not wait for a call-back .. i call twicw more and ask for a district mgr. and got the same respones i then ask for the nation wide phone number ... and was told no .. yes the bill was paid there 37.00 .. and there stuff return ..

Save your proof of payment among other things...

Since you have Caller I.D., block their number or numbers. If you paid the $37 for whatever you purchased, save your proof of payment. If they mail you a bill, mail them a photocopy of your payment record. You may also want to consider writing to them, certified, Signature required to stop their calls. If you have no Voice Mail or Answering Machine, yes they will let the phone ring 30 times or more, because it is an automated process. The person on the other line is not just sitting there holding a phone receiver, they are probably multi tasking, and calling several people at one time. Whoever picks up is the person they will communicate with at the time. This does not necessarily constitute phone harassement. Anyway, if you paid the bill, and you can prove it, case closed. Don't worry about talking to any manager. Make sure you have a more specific address than "Route 6" for future reference.
