I am so sorry you had such a negative experience, but my experience with the Rainbow office in Acworth GA has been amazing! I was told up front that a representative would be doing the demonstration and he long it would take. The demonstration was fun and informative and I was never pressured to buy anything. I did choose to buy the system at the time of my demonstration to receive the discount (which I did). I did refer some of my friends to get the extra attachments and did receive a referral fee of $100 for the ones that purchased, but one of my friends were pressured to buy and the ones that didn't were treated the same as the ones who did and were able to refer their friends to get gifts as well. All of the gift programs were explained completely and were easy to complete. I received everything that was promised to me in a timely manner and the customer service has been superb even several years after buying my system.
It has done amazing things for our allergy and asthma issues and has been totally worth the money. I guess the offices must be individually owned because I didn't have even remotely the same experience as you did. I am so happy with the products and customer service I have received from the office in Acworth GA and would highly recommend it to everyone!

I agree with the previous post. It must have been the office/employee you dealt with as I had a GREAT experience from the company and LOVE the product. First, your friend should have told you th at the demo would be done by another person. And that it only counts for her free gift if you see the ENTIRE demo, that includes the vacuum. They also should have been completely honest with you about the rider program and all that entails. The representative I spoke with told me everything and the company here is very nice and helpful. But I know that all companies get employees that bring in complaints. This office also offers the free hotel stay, which I did receive. Not a scam on my end. But the employee should NOT have been angry with you for choosing not to buy. You should have contacted the owner of the office directly if you had any complaints.

Sounds like your issue was with a certain office. I had an excellent experience with our local office and finished my ride along program very quickly, and received my free machine.
You are right though, the product is absolutely amazing, it's too bad you had a bad experience. It seems the states has a lot of tactics to get into the homes, in canada they give you a free air purifier to watch the demo, and it's an amazing product as we'll.
