Rainforest Plumbing in Phoenix, AZ Continually "band-aid"-ing repairs and multiple days of no water. Chandler Arizona
As a resident of Emerald Apartments, I believe this company has a vested interest in multiple repairs being accomplished suddenly. A year ago, we saw only occaisional water issues here in the complex and now suddenly, in the past few months, this has spiked dramatically. They come out, shut the water off most of the day and then band-aid the water leak only to return the following day. From the indications I see, I believe someone in our complex's corporate or office department likely has a relative working for Rainforest and it smacks of kickbacks and graft. Granted, our complex is old. However, as somone who's lived here for years, the amount of water outtages has become staggering and these "repairs" never seem to be completed. I believe this firm needs to be investigated.
