Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This is not the first time I have had problems with this Ralphs!! Quality products, freshness are nonexistent in this un-super market. I have found numerous consumables opened and spoiled. In my opinion the staff in this store lacks the customer service ability and ethics to work in the City of Irvine “America Safest City”. I wouldn’t hire them to work in a store in the Bronx New Your City or anywhere else for that matter . This store spent a fortune remodeling the inside of the location which in my opinion was a complete and total waste of money.

What they should have done in my opinion is fire the entire staff hired people who want to work want to provide good service. In my opinion the City of Irvine has a fiduciary responsibility on how all businesses is conducted in its city. It is also my opinion instead of the city of Irvine is pitching the World through various media outlets as “ America Safest City” Steven Choi should put down his PT Barnum Guide To Marketing a City book and start doing something to make the safest city in a America a reality on its own merit.

Is why someone from Costa Mesa is doing their Shopping at a Ralphs in Irvine, and not just any place in Irvine, but just about as far east you can get from Costa Mesa and still be in Irvine.  I think there is probably at least 10 or 20 Ralphs that would be a lot closer to where you live than this one.

Why would a person know how much was spent at this Ralphs.  Last time I checked stores don't really disclose how much they spend on things such as remodeling.

But what is really a mystery.  Is why does this ONE Store in your opinion seem to bring down the entire city of Irvine?  All your report has done is throw out a lot of generalities.  Can you give us specifics?  Can you tell us exactly what the manger of the Ralphs said when you brought this to their attention?  I mean you did talk to the manager before you decided to blast them on the internet right?

I will also mention just one other thing...

I have found numerous consumables opened and spoiled.

- Are you accusing the staff of opening the packages?  Why exactly would they do that?

Fire the whole store staff?? Then if that happened there would be no store because it takes time to train people.  Remember this - without employees there would be no customers.

Maybe you should buy the store and staff it with your friends and family! Then they could know what it is like to work for minimum wage with zero breaks and if they are lucky, a meal break.
