Ramada Plaza Resorts Imperial Majesty Cruise Lines Good Thing I Do Back Ground ChecksRamada Plaza Resorts Imperial Majesty Cruise Lines Well I was excited to fiind a deal for a getaway until i read Alance story, Thank You Ft. Lauderdale, Ft. Lauderdale Florida
Well first and for most i would like to thank my gut feelings, inquisitiveness and those of you who posted your stories. For the most part like most of you i was so excited to get a great deal on a trip to getaway from New York with a couple of my friends. It seem as if the Corporate Memorandom (borchoure) came at a great time. I was looking around for cruises for like 2 weeks and then this comes through the mail 8/10/08 the Ramanda Plaza Resorts Vacation package. I call the number like the rest of you guys out there and they give me this great deal on the package. But like my friends were telling me it was to good to be true. Although over the telephone they told me i would have to pay for the taxes on the ship, hotel, and car I figures that could only fun us $150 max for taxes.
So something told me to look on line to see how much the sales tax would be and then i came across the this site and I read 2 stories from the college kids and the couple. I am so lucky that i did not put any money into it yet because my card had declined ( Thank God it Happened). After reading the stories i decided to tell my friend the bad news and call them up.
I called the customer service number and their offices are closed right now and tomarrow b/c it will be sunday. So I called the orginal number I had called the first time. I told the representative I wanted to cancel my vacation package and she asked me why. I told her b/c I did a little reseach on you resort and from what I read it is a scam and a fruad. What was so sad about the end of that conversation was after i told her it was a fruad and a scam she just huffed and puffed and told me to call customer
service....
I gratfully appreciate those people out there who posted there stories with out you me and my friends would have been totally scam out of our money.
