Ramada Plaza Resorts Orlando, Ft Lauderdale Vacations ripoff mistreated and ripped off Fort Lauderdale Florida
The guy that I was dating purchased a travel package with Ramada Plaza Resorts last year in December 2001 and I was not aware that the travel package was non-refundable. Daniel C. Collins(ex-boyfriend) had prepaid the trip by check and I paid one month later by money order.
Ever since March of this year, one month prior to us taking the trip, I haven't receive any support from Daniel in taking action regarding this travel agency. Daniel is the sole owner of the travel package and I was listed as his guest. How can I go about in getting reimbursed my money since he has all the travel paperwork and video discribing this trip?
Yes, I did fill out the reservation paperwork paying off the remaining balance, but I did not notice on the paperwork that the trip was non-refundable. I fill like that I just gave $698.oo to a total stranger, no assistance from my previous boyfriend and I still lost out on taking this vacation that I had planned for months.
I don't think that it's fair to me in paying off his vacation package and I can't even take a trip.If, I had read the form prior to me paying off the balance, I would have never consented in going on the trip. Travel package #HU122601-015RP. I have also emailed ripoff reports earlier this morning stating the same situation.
Why should I suffer because of terms and conditions of the trip that was never explained to me from Daniel?
