We all imagine that at some point we are going to go on a vacation, yet life sometimes has other plans in which you are unaware. This is what happened to me. I was called about this vacation plan. Sounds great (if you have the money to go). At the time it sounded great and I believe I was living in Florida at the time, so it was an excellent idea...no airfare because we already lived in Florida. So, I paid for half of the package and I was advised to pay for the other half once I was ready to go.

A couple of years went by, and my husband (who is in the military) and I moved (because of the military) to Virginia. We received a notice to extend our vacation. At first I explained to the representative that I had another child due (that would be my 3rd child) and money was already tight and I might not be able to realistically use this vacation.

Presently 2009, I am pregnant again, in the process of filing Ch. 7 bankruptcy and have a surprise baby on the way (which makes 4 kids). We live in a 2 bedroom apartment and my husband is the only one who works. Income is tight as you can imagine. This is none of their fault. However when I called today to see about getting my money back, because I haven't received any services, they advised me that because my package expired (and even if it hadn't from another rep) that I was not entitled to receive any money back. So I have paid money for an idea and nothing more. What have they gained...my money for nothing. How easy is that. No hotel for even a day, no rental car for even a day, no cruise not even for one day. I am upset and want my money back.

It is upsetting that Ramada is being represented or the one's stealing my money because that is how I look at it. I have taken my time not once, but twice to tell someone that I can't afford this, and at the time I did, I believed that one day we would have been able to go, but it just isn't so. I have been stolen from and I want justice. I am not looking for millions, just my $698 that I paid for NOTHING.
