Ramada Plaza Resorts & Imperial Majesty Cruiseline Ripped off and scammed $698 and not transferable to current package Fort Lauderdale, Florida
In 2001 I purchased a vacation package for my family to be paid in 18 months. In June 2002 my son had an accident with a table saw - yes it was bad. 8 operations, 18 months of physical therapy and my husband leaving his job to take care of him later and we totally forgot about the vacation we planned.
Later I was contacted by the same company about another package and I asked about the $698 I already paid to Ramada Plaza in hopes it could be transferred/credited to another vacation package only to be transferred to the most horrible "superviser" who attempted to make me feel like the lowest form of scum on earth for neglecting to contact them to ask for an extension. I have been trying to for 3 years now to utilize the $698 I paid to Ramada Plaza with no success.
I have taken many cruises and am now in the travel business so I know the exact costs yet Ramada Plaza Resorts offered to make an exception for me if I pay for the 2nd ticket I can take the 2-day cruise which would be another $698 according to them.
I said no thank you.
