My Cell phone was called (mind you I had a blocked number) by this company, they talked to my fiance and made everything sound real nice and wonderful...BULLSHIT! It's been hell, they told me on the phone I would get 5 nights and 6 days with a complimentary 3 day 2 night trip to las vegas which I could combine with the 5 nights and 6 days to get more days....I got the package and its only 4 days and 3 nights in orlando and if I add the complimentary 3 days and 2 nights I get the 5 nights and 6 days...

now I've been on the phone with them 45 minutes and my fiance now has been on the phone 30 minutes and were still going strong about getting our money back...so they told me they would send me a letter to refund my money "after" I travel if I am unhappy...I told the girl

I was unhappy now and wanted my money back now so at this point we've gotten no where and probally won't...geez, they don't mind taking your money but they put up a fight giving it back!

I had a family member ripped off by this company in August for $698. I was able to get a full refund credited to their account. First, we called them spoke with a rep. and stated our case for a refund. Got the usual b.s from them regarding no refund...took down their first name and ext# and recorded this as my first attempt. The second call was to our ATTY General's office who already successfully had a suit against a simliar company who pulled the same sort of vacation scam. His office was more then willing to receive our information and take it from there. Being satisfied that I had my state's atty I decided to send one last letter to the President himself Daniel Lambert at Ramada Resort. I outlined every false truth that was told to my family member over the phone, basically that everything was extra after reading the fine print in their "vacation packet." I also informed them that I already contacted the Atty General's office who was waiting for our information. Well 2 weeks after the letter was sent, my relative received a notice saying the deposit will be credited to their credit card. This was 6 months after the initial call was received about their "free vacation" So you if you have their address handy write them, send it certified and see what happens.(I've also listed address below) Refunds will be granted--again my claim was 6 months after credit card was already charged! Just be specific with your reasons why, and be persistent. It may also help to contact your Atty General and see if others have complained about this company, because it helped in my case. Here's the contact info to write to: Daniel Lambert Vice President Ramada Plaza Resorts 2419 E. Commerical Blvd #100 Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33308 fax# 954-568-3847
