Ramada Plaza Resorts ripoff three days at Ocean view ,three days Cruise acrnival, two days Orlando cost Canadian $2,015.78 the ship was called Regal Express,the hotels were dumps Fort Lauderdale Florida
ramada plaza resortsno.1 the hotels we stayed at were dumps no.2we paid for upgrade and meals were to be included $3.. breakfast,$6.00 lunch,dinner$12.00 vouchers would not come close to the cost of meals.then came the cruise on a 53 year old barge.our room was far from the upgrade that we paid for.it was supposed to be carnival lines it was called regal express.we were supposedto go back to ft lauderdale after the cruise and then to orlando for two more nights but we had enough of this rip off.we paid $2015.78 canadian and if this is not a rip off i dont know what is.

received letter dtd may 8,2006 dear mr cxx it was regretful to learn of your overall disapointment as every effort is made to provide quests with an enjoyable vacation. understandably, feedback,wheather positive or negative, is very important as it allows us the oppurtunity to become aware of service areas that may need to be monitored more closely.thank you for sharing your concerns with us. after carefully reviewing all components of your letter, our vice presidenthas authorized a refund of $2oo.oo as an amicable resolution, this is being offered in the spirit of goodwill and is not subject to reevaluation. please allow approximately three weeks for this to be posted to your credit card account. sincerely,gina johns
