I recently sent a report telling about the same problems we've had as many other millions of you out there have had being scammed by this company. I am now here to ask you all to do everyone that has not received a refund or had a bad experience with this company a favor. Please call this corporate office phone number and complain over and over again to Mr. Dan Lambert's voicemail and to his secretary. Maybe they will get the hint and get sick of us hounding them like they hounded us consumers. The phone number is 954-630-9449. I have called and complained about my refund this morning and will see what kind of response I get back.

Also...you can contact Carnival's website and send in a customer comment/feedback letting them know you think their good name is going to be tarnished. Susan Windham of CCL has emailed me back and says she deals with Mr. Lambert on their vacation packages affiliated with Carnival and will discuss it with him. I don't think she understands the full scam that's going on with this company! Contact her or leave a comment/feedback on Carnival's website and she should be the one that responds. Let me know how it goes and I will keep everyone posted on my progress as well. Remember, CALL CORPORATE OFFICE and don't back down...keep calling and filling up their phone lines with complaints! Don't stop until you get what is rightfully yours....I won't until I get what is rightfully mine!

I am following up with everyone on my refund chase. I have gotten my refund as of the first week of June, just after I posted the last update with Corporate's phone number. I want you all to know that I left a message for Mr. Dan Lambert and that very same day got a response from his secretary stating that our refund check had been mailed out along with the check number to be expecting. I received the check two days after that. I was also communicating back and forth with Susan Windham of Carnival Cruise Lines, who seems to be in contact with these people. She also received an email from this secretary and it was carbon copied to Mr. Lambert (vice president) and Mr. Varillo (president) stating that everything was taken care of and we would be getting our refund. I just wanted you all to know that if you follow my previous request to call the Corporate phone number and ask to speak to his secretary or leave him a voicemail....you should get your refund back. If you state that you will notify the Attorney General and Florida Consumer Affairs and also mention Susan Windham of Carnival Cruise Lines....I'm sure they will become a little nicer to you. Hope this helps, it helped us! Good luck to those of you chasing your refund/monies owed! Don't back down until you get what is yours!
