Ramada Plaza Resorts VACATION DOCUMENTS - received discount travel vouchers valued (supposedly) at $1600US in the mail Toronto Ontario, Ft Lauderdale Florida
Ramada Resorts sent my family some travel vouchers valued at US$1600 for a trip on a " Spectacular Florida/tropical Caribbean cruise vacation Package. In return we request that you fill out a one page survey evaluationg your hotel and cruise accommadations at the conclusion of your vacation."
Your itinerary includes 3 nights of "Gold Key" award winning accommadations in Sun Kissed South Florida. Round trip cruise abaoard Carnival cruise Lines or Imperial MAjesty cruise Line. Port of call in the beautiful island of Nassau Bahams. Two nights of Gold Key Award winning accommadations at MAgical Orlando. Florida. Seven days of transportaion by Alamo Rent-A-Car during your vacation.
Please call within 48 hours blah blah blah.
Where the heck did they get our home address from?? He probably entered some contest when I have told him to never enter any contest or anything to do with winning free cruises - they are all scams. I told him you will probably have to sit through a 4 hour lecture while they push you to buy a timeshare worth $20,000 minimum.
On the back of the voucher in very small writing it says (amongst other stuff), an economy rental car for seven days, in return requires the attendence at a presentation on the sale of of an independent vacation ownership resorts. Not affiliated with Ramada Vacation Suites.

Got a phone call from Ramade Plaza Resorts a few days ago. The conversation went like this. Hi this is Ramada Resorts Plaza in Orlando Florida. I'm calling to tell you- How did you get my phone number? You purchased a computer or software from Broderbund and they gave us your phone number. Well since I know that Broderbund have gone out of business and Ramada Plaza Resorts is a scam, you can just F**K OFF. And I slammed down the phone. Havent been bothered since. I am not happy that Broderbund (or Crystal something - the company that told me they brought out Broderbund) sold my number to a third party.
