Upon recieving the our first call, everything had seamed in place. We were being ofered a completely discounted vacation cruise leaving Ft. Lauderdale Florida in which we needed to only pay for our airfare there and back. Just for giving them a try we were being offered a couple of free trips in addition which included Mexico and Vegas. Because this seemed too good to be true we asked several questions as to how and why they were offering such a great deal.

We were informed that this type of deal was only available to take advantage of once and sometimes twice a year. We were curious if this trip included any further sales pitches like the purchase of a timeshare. Since various payment plans were being offered to accomodate our financial needs we asked several times during that conversation if the money was refundable if we changed our minds. We were reasured that nothing was set in stone, and it was fully refundable especially if payment has not been complete.

The nice man had guaranteed that there were no sales meetings, no timeshares but defenitely a great time.

After doing a little research and reading up on this company, and after recieving many one ring hangup calls and speaking to some VERY rude customer service people, we decided to cancel. Cancellation here is a three day process in which they will "upgrade" your package, as well as reassure you your purchase was a good one. What they fight you on is letting you cancel, and the refund policy is nonexistant.

The last straw was after yet another set of one ring hangup calls today (one around 10:30 am and the second at 3:20 pm)I called back again to find out why we were being called as if there was some sort of problem and furthermore why the caller would only let it ring once then hang up not allowing anyone to answer. This was completely unprofessional. They took my phone number to access my account. They then asked to speak to my girlfriend (she is listed as secondary on the account). When I asked what the call was in reference to they laughed and hung up on me.

I dialed the number again and passed my phone to my girlfriend. They again gave her more upgrades, then transferred the call to another representative (who's job is basically to get yelled at by customers after they become wise to the scheme). This lady was nice enough to tell my girlfriend that she could request our money back until she was blue in the face, but we weren't getting a refund.

The counter offer to a refund was to put my number on their do not call list, and nothing further. We requested to speak to a supervisor, but we were told we were already speaking to one. This company is a complete scam, and I hope noone else gets involved with them and that justice is served.

Try to get off of the mailing list

So this afternoon I came home and found free cruise tickets. Now mind you I did not fill out anything to win a vacation, it actually says, I am receiving this because of my good credit...how do they know how good my credit is? They don't. So me being a very skeptical person, I immediately went to multiple sites to do a little bit of research. I wasn't surprised by what I was reading at all. So I decided I want my name off of their mailing list, at least I may be able to save a tree. I called the 800 number on the little voucher booklet and said, "I would like my name taken off of your mailing list" and he said "Okay sweetheart" and hung up on me. Now I'm angry. So I call again, and I speak with Kyle this time. I proceed to state that I would like to take my name off of the mailing list, and how I was hung up, and of course he's caring, oh I'm very sorry to hear that, I'll take you off the list. While in the process of doing this of course, he was trying to make a sale, and I'm not all about that. It's like they don't understand when you say "No". So needless to say the conversation ended with me being taken off of the mailing list (hopefully), and being told to have a good night.
