Was promised good Service and a Courtesy rite Home ,and the best Deal he can give .the Deal 66 month lease 12.000 annual !! Verbal agreed on either Upgrade or terminate if Vehicle is trouble .the Penalty would be 400.00 .Well to terminate the lease I would have talk to the bank and the Fee be 17.00.00 2002 Nissan Frontier with a 15 mpg on the High Way .The trans is laboring trying to shift .Dealer claims test driving vehicle 10 miles !But the Mileage was the same ,did not move 1 inch. When I was told it has no problem .I have proof that no test drive was performed The vehicle was dropped of Friday morning ,and I was called Monday afternoon telling me that the vehicle is finished No transportation ,I paid for a service contract which will supply rental for 5 days .Been trying to contact dealer from July 2002 . Never returned my calls ,ask Nissan for help !! They offered me a 50.00 coupon on next Service ,also told me that the dealer is independent and don't have to deal with me That tells me that he is got the money ,and I can go get my vehicle serviced by a Nissan Dealer 140 miles Roundtrip . No help from Nissan either ,contacted BBB and their paper work run around ,Dealer is a member .Dealer is unethical and must feel very safe ?In my Opinion if there is a Complain it be Natural to find out why !! Nissan and BBB send paper about a month ago .still no explanation why I was not informed about the vehicle in shop over the Week End .All invoices are lies ,the Mileage does not match with the ones on Invoices. Actual mileage is off by 200Miles Thanks for your Ears ,it is not very Business like to ignore the Consumer ,we make the Paycheck possible Gretel Phelan, California Beware of Rancho Motors, Inc. and Nissan
