Randy Hopstetter Laura Hopstetter AWHR - DON'T DO IT! 20 years ago we paid approximately 10.00 no we have a 20 year old unit and no the want us to pay 21.05. We have paid approximately $3500.00 of the last 20 years and they won't let us out of the "lease" Logan Ohio
They are once again raising the cost of our "rental" to over 20.00. After 20 years we have paid approxiately $3500. for a $350. hot water tank. After 3 days on the telephone 6 calls of 20 plus minutes each they ask me to leave my name and phone number but have yet to be called back. Help! This is a diffinite rip off company. Don do it!
