Rankin Fence Run Away Bad Contractor Lavon Texas
If you happen to come across a contractor which goes by the company name Rankin fence take my word for it Run and don't look back. He will do just about any project you have in mind without even having a clue if he can complete it. He subs all work out to other contractors which he then schedules and moves around as he needs. This will occur even if he is in the middle of your project. The squeaky wheel theory is in full effect. If anyone has contacts in any of the other communities in the area pass this along so they don't get tied up with this guy. They will thank you for saving them the grief I have been having. Small Claims court here I come.

Rankin Fence completed the work!! I had a conversation with Mrs. Rankin about the mis-steps and how we arrived at this juncture. She explained about some background information and difficulties that were being experienced. I explained my frustrations and how lack of information and communication had caused this problem at hand. She proposed a go forward plan which was acceptable to both of us. Yesterday late in the day Mr. Rankin arrived and proceeded to complete the punch list that was remaining. Even thou it was really cold and not good weather to work outside Mr. Rankin completed everything and verified as best as possible in the darkness that all the remaining items were completed. I want to add when I met Mr. Rankin I actually liked the guy he was warm and inviting. He had completed a fence just down the street which I watch go up. It is unfortunate that we came to this point. But he did complete my fence. Hopefully going forward he will use some basic project management and use a better communication plan with his clients.
