Rapid Fulfillment Beauty Impressions Sent product not ordered and refused to refund my money Pacoima California

I ordered some samples of beauty creams, paying shipping only.  They sent me full order product and then, without my permission, charged my credit card.

Now, they say they will only return half my money after they receive the product back which necessitated my now having to pay for return shipping.
