The administration of the development which has already been in problems for many years is renting out units without homeowners permissions. Whenever they are out and have no guests booked to stay Mr Fransisco Lucia Perez lets Frank Mata from Essenciality rentals know. He then gives the unit to one of his clients. Whenever there is any confrontation or problem Mr Raul Ruiz blocks the owners from being able to do anything about it.
If you own an apartment in Acqua, I strongly reccomend you get a second, high security level lock that nobody else has a copy of.
