I took a look at the order process for the GrantMaster CD. On the site I went through the order process on (without entering a credit card number) - the statement about the Terms and Conditions were BELOW the fold UNDERNEATH the Submit button. Here's what's stated BENEATH the fold AFTER the credit card informaiton is submitted: "Terms and Disclosures. By clicking "Submit", I am ordering the Grant Master CD and trial membership for $2.99 S&H, after the seven day trial I will be charged $39.95 a month thereafter if I do not cancel. I also agree to the fourteen day and twenty-one day bonus trials to Express Business Funding and Network Agenda for $7.95 a month and $9.95 a month thereafter, should I choose not to cancel. I have read and agree to the PRIVACY POLICY (updated 03/14/2008) | Terms and Conditions. Charges will appear on credit/debit statements as "www.center4grants.com". For questions, call 1-800-479-0979 M-F, 9am-9pm, EST." By comparison, the other day I was at a site promoting another product that presented ALL those types of details BEFORE the submit button and ABOVE the fold. Something's not adding up here IMHO.

I would like to discuss Gloria's concerns with her to insure that she is taken care of. Unfortunately, without a last name or an email address I cannot find her account with the necessary contact information. First and foremost I offer an apology for the breakdown in service Gloria obviously experienced. Our policy is to never charge anyone who is not interested the membership portion of the offer. Clients simply need to follow the instructions to contact customer support at 1-866-396-5694 and express a desire to cancel during the free trial period, or anytime thereafter to discontinue the membership and fees. If our support staff fails to offer the quality and professionalism that we expect to provide then I would personally like to know about it so that I can resolve the issue so that it doesn't continue to happen. I also guarantee to personally see to it that anyone who has had a negative experience with our staff or company is satisfied.
