Rival Remodeling primary provides painting, drywall, and some carpentry skills. Everything else is subbed out. As a result of Ray Garza and Rival Remodeling not paying their subs, vendors have contacted me demanding payment. One vendor is threatening a lien on my property for more than 20% of the total contract price.
The attention to detail is lacking and we had to follow-up on a daily basis to get items rectified. Ray Garza is rarely on-site and his "supervisor" speaks minimal English so communicating with him is challenging at best. His workers create more work for themselves by performing poor quality work. They fix one thing but break two others. The overall result of that the poor quality and lack of attention to details is overall dissatisfaction.
The icing on the cake is the fact that he stops returning your phone calls, emails and/or texts about half way though the project and then once you start to receive calls and letters from the vendors, he will NEVER return your call.
