Complaint Review: Raymond Morris Utah Momentum Leasing LLC - Draper Utah

When I was young I had a older co-worker go to Las Vegas, I was not able to go on the trip or old enough to gamble, but I was desperately wanting to partake in the winnings and adventure of gambling I gave this guy $20 to gamble on my behalf. Well when he returned he told an adventurous story of how he was up then down and eventually lost my money. It was not nearly the experience I had hoped for when I gave him the $20. Come on folks when you give someone money with expectations of a high return, then you better know and participate in the process. If you don't when the tale is told of how they almost didn't loose your money you should be ready to move on, instead of crying like a baby. I would try to find out if efforts are being made to return the money. If this is the case then count your lucky stars and let the person work to return it that's more than the guy who went to Las Vegas did for me. All the media and government will do is prevent any effort by that person to repay the money that you are out.

I did not see an immediate way to delete or edit/modify a rebuttal post therefore I will post again here in order to clarify a couple of key facts and avoid anything that may be interpreted a libel toward Rock Creek Capital and Cameron Van Alpen: While my concerns and financial vulnerability relative to Ray Morris and his Capital Leasing system persist, I do want to let viewers of my post to know that the 2nd tier company I mentioned, Rock Creek Capital and Cameron Van Alphen, were NOT knowingly involved nor a knowing participant in the perpetuated fraud of Ray Morris. They are doing all they can to make their investors whole despite their exposure to Ray Morris' company. The blame for any financial damages sustained by myself I place squarely on Ray Morris. This comment is in reference to Report #423847. I tried to file a new report, but the link didn't work, so I used the 'rebuttal' response here. I too have been taken advantage of by Ray Morris and the ongoing empty promises of principal return by his lawyer Luc Nguyen. No payment on principal or interest has been received since August of 2008 on the Capital Leasing 'hedge fund/system'. My two brothers and I are near bankruptcy due to this man and his scheme. We actually invested indirectly into Flex Capital Leasing through another PPM/LLC called Rock Creek Capital and one Cameron Van Alphen.
