RCi Cruise Travel Packages RCI Cruise package steals your money Scottsdale Arizona
We were called by RCI Travel with and offer to purchase a bundled package deal which include: (2) 7 day cruises or (1) deluxe 7- 12 day cruise certificate ; a 7 night resort vacation certificate; and a savings credit certificate that could be used like-cash as partial payment on travel and merchandise purchases.
Total cost $3699, with a $369 down payment and the 18 months of $200 with a finance charge of $270 and a $15 processing fee added as part of the $200 monthly payment. These payments were set up by them to pull from our bank account monthly.
Called RCI Travel Packages to schedule our cruise only to find out THAT OUR PACKAGE HAD BEEN TERMINATED FOR NON-PAYMENT! Mind you, it was not a payment we were making, it was one that they were pulling. We NEVER received any call, email or mail stating they terminate the plan AND there was always funds available for their payment to pull from our account.
So, here's the FRAUD/SCAM that they pulled - In the printed terms on the back of the only letter we got from them with our certificates, it states: "Seller holds the right to cause your agreement to be terminated and ALL payments will be forfeited if you fail to pay Seller as agreed". They temrinated our account for NO REASON after we had paid in $969. They are fleecing people!!!!
