If you are telling the truth about not ordering, you need to contact the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General's office and file a complaint and force them to provide proof of your "order". If you did not order these magazines, you don't owe them a dime. Also, if you didn't order these things, why are you paying them? You stated "I will not pay, anymore, as I can't afford it but also never wanted or ordered." This sounds like you have given them money. Don't be intimidated by people like "Renee".....but if you really did order these, you should do the right thing and work this out with them.

You promised to pay on 9/2/05, 9/6/05, 10/03/05 and 10/20/05. Our records show you have never disputed that this is your order- but as it was recorded with your permission you are of course welcome to call and hear it. Instead of making payment as promised, you report our company here. We told you that once your account was paid up to date, we would cancel. Please call 1-800-299-9468 to get help on your account. At this point it has still not been reported to a collection agency and we can work with you on it. If you are having difficulty with a company, the best way to deal with it is to contact them and be honest, not tell them you'll "deposit a check and call us back Tuesday" or "will call when I get paid next."
