Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Sends email pretending to be consumer looking for agent; when they really want to vet the agent and attempt to sell leads.  Completely misrepresent themselves.  Fortunately, I marked them as future spam without actual purchase.

I too was a victum of Real Estate Pipeline and can confirm that this company is a complete fraud; a sham!  They have lots of sweet and fancy words to get your money and then give you total junk.  I spent $600 with them and every "lead" was invalid.  Do not believe the rebuttal they wrote!  They are complete fraudsters!  If after reading the complaints here on file you still sign up with them, you deserve what you get...which is $$$ lifted from your wallet with nothing to show for it!

Also you need to understand that at least in the Southern California area the day of buyer's agent is dead!  The majority of buyers want to find properties for themselves on the net and go directly to the listing agent to make a offer and later go on the net not understanding the value of having an agent to represent and advise them thru the transaction and after the fact, complain about having no one in the transaction advise them and getting screwed and asking for real estate agents for guidance about how to fix long after the transaction has closed.  We received web leads from another company that is on the up and up (movoto.com) for a while and the arrangement was a % of our commission when the transaction closed.  1)  We were lucky to convert even 1 out of 50 leads into a client and that was after lots of follow-up and effort; 2)  Most of the transactions were short sales and there was just too much work involved in getting it closed to justify giving up any of our commissions...especially since many of the stupid agents on the listing side would take a 5% listing and then even pay a 3rd party negiotiator off the top of that because they lacked the skill to process their own listing and many of these "negiotiators" caused more problems than they solved making getting the transaction closed very difficult and unpredictable so we as the buyers agent had to do most of the follow thru and work and we would be lucky to keep the deal together and get it closed and make a gross of maybe 2% and to even give part of that away just made no real economic sense.

Considering the above history, what are 6 junk leads from RE Pipeline really worth?  I'll tell you what they are worth...NOTHING!  actually less than nothing!!!

Real Estate Pipeline has no interest in giving someone actual quality leads, only in talking agents out of their hard earned $$$ and this company will work thru the screw everyone cycle and be either out of business or operating under another name in the near future.  When a company like this take money and delivers no value in return even their lies will keep them in business for only so long...

That was another message.  You did not present yourself falsely as a buyer--merely a run of the mill email spammer.  Completely unsolicited on my part.

There is never any mention of being a consumer.  It is very clear that we are a company looking for real estate agents that would like to advertise with us.  You either did not read the email, or are confusing the email with another company.  Since you have never called us, replied to the email, or used our services, it seems rather strange that you would be so knowledgeable about the services we provide.

If you are with any well established company, you will find reports on Rip-off Report about yourself as well.  Seriously, just search any well established company on this site and you will find "Reports" about them.

It is sites like Rip-off Report that should be called out.  If you read the fine print on this site, you will see that they want you to give them money in order to have your reports from random anonymous people removed.  It is a business built on people who love to write on blog sites about their "terrible" experience with a company, even if they have never experienced the company or used their services.  Rip-off Report then wanting money from those companies in order to have those "Reports" removed, easily falls into the categories of extortion and slander.

When you see very well known, reputable companies with hundreds of complaints on Rip-off Report, that is just proving the point of what this site is based on.  Now, search your company on Rip-off Report and see how many "Reports" you have.  If your company is small and has very few customers, you are probably safe for now.
