This is a scam outfit designed by a so called "Tom Liuzzi" in Yucaipa who according to the bank at Wells Fargo is not actually an agent/false name of the individual and falsified name of the business.. which means he is going by a false name and and false business name since the actual business name differs as well on the bank account which he requires you to "deposit cash".
He, so called Tom Liuzzi, is not a real estate broker yet he gets himself in involved in distressed real estate transactions purporting himself to represent investors or cash buyer who supposedly get you out of a financial mess.
He, Tom Liuzzi, also informs people he has lawyers for a fee of $5000 they go after the banks for illegal theft of assets!! Hmmmm...
no there are no lawyers he is lying.
When I followed up 6 months after depositing money into Wells Fargo and signing a so called QWR (suspicious wording in it by the way which seems to remove all rights of the homeowner) this flake is no longer to be heard from. Suddenly he is out of the "office" with "family matters", now the latest excuse is he has "C" ie Cancer...so I am supposed to feel sorry for him!!
No support, no credentials, nothing....this freak of nature belongs in JAIL!
The reason I did buy into this is no bad reports on the guy!! Well I am here to tell you I will report on the crooks who
prey on the innocent victims who are taken out by evil banksters who want to steal our assets and those criminals who
assist them and this fake named person is one of them.
File police reports in San Bernadino with Sheriff dept. asap he needs to be in jail.

Following are emails asking for money and lying about doing any work which he does none...
He is a criminal and he belongs in jail.

What a complete FRAUD!!! There are no assistants in the office. There are no disclaimers! The only thing that is FREE is his telling you once he so called investigates the property address is that it QUALIFIES for dispute!! This jerk is practicing real estate and law and scamming the innocent public with nothing but fraud. I have copies of emails requiring money up front cash to be depositied. I have following emails never previously disclosed that he wants $250 per month for every month the owner is still in their home. Once he gets your money he sends a bogus QWR by fax and then disappears.
Someone in my neighborhood has been pulling this scam and just got sent to jail for 45 years! Think about that Liuzzi...
you are going to go to jail. Not done with you until justice is served.

Tom Liuzzi is a fake name...his so called business name is also a fake name.
He has done nothing after receiving so called "cash" deposit to his Wells Fargo Account
of approximately $700,00
He is so called sick with cancer now...
but he is certainly available to fight a bupad report on Rip off report
His rebuttal is he gives free services? LOL!! He wants to get into the middle of your mess
and try to figure out a way to use you or scam you.
He is a big nobody from nowhere and a big NOTHING...
but trust me he will scam you given a chance...he is a scam artist and opportunist who is feeding off the heartache
and losses of innocent people in distress and under duress...
Even his so called QWR never gets mailed out but it releases the bank from all culpability and he calls it
"legaleze" written by lawyers...oh right we are too stupid to know the difference...

This phony takes money via cash deposit to his so called business bank account at Wells Fargo and promises all kinds of legal assistance. Once he gets your money he does absolutely nothing. NOTHING!!!
Oh, he is out of the office, oh it is a"family issue" oh it is now "Cancer" 6 months later and $795.00
nothing done but he is the so called victim. There is a special place in Hell for this con artist.
He is nothing but a scam/con artist and performs NOTHING for those who get suckered into his scam.
Do not believe a word of his lies!!! His wicked predatory nature has got to be EXPOSED NOW!!
What is really funny is he told me he could help me with the other 7 properties I lost...oh he looked them all
up and they "qualify". Don't spend money on attorneys why waste money on attorneys he says!! Send him $6ooo to $7000 and his "team" goes after the "fraud"...
this idiot cannot answer an email for any validation of any paperwork ever done but he is here on rip off report trying to defend himself....FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
