Resl Time Reolutions out of Dallas Texas has been over the fast 15 months trying to collect on bad loans on two homes in the state of Ohio that we never owed. Every time we got a collection letter form them it came fron a different branch office. The first four letters we got from them were not even legal collecton letters. They were not wven a legal collection company inn the state of Wisconsin only after I pointed this out to them they became legal. We did get them to agree that the one home in Ohio was not ours and we had never lived in the city. However they are still telling us that a house in Kenton Ohio is ours. The paper work they sent us some 15 months after our first written protest was not a ceritified copy and was not even a proper loan agreement. There was no SS numbers or any proof as to the ID of the people who sign this agreement. Plus one of the witness on the paper work never sign it and it is not thier hand writing. At the time of this loan on the house in Kenton, Ohio we were living in Rock Falls, IL some 360 miles from Kenton, Ohio. We had sent them proof that we were not living in Kenton, Ohio at that time to onw of their other brach offices. Now they want us to resend all the proof again and fill out an ID theft report on something that is over 11 years old. There are several people in the area that have the same name as we do. We are sending them more request asking for more proof as to this loan. Everything has been in writing for legal proof if we have to go to court over this. Have more proof of them not following consumer laws and collection law. This loan goes back to Aames loan company that was sued for legal loan practies in almost every state plus the Federal Government. CA closed them down and so did a lot of states.
