Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

In May 2015, I was contacted by Sue Taylor to sign up for a Realtor marketing site.  She claimed there was a trial period to market my name in certain cities in my market area.  After that, then they would charge $45 per city quarterly.  If I wrote a nice referral on their website, they would give me 2 weeks free.  Stupidly, I wrote one before I even used their service.  I did not receive any business from their website.

I emailed Sue Taylor directly to cancel my subscription on 10/2015.  I had numerous agents nationwide call me about their services and asked if I would recommend them.  I had no idea my account was still on the website.  I told the agents I used their free trial, but got no business from marketing.  I cancelled.  The agents were thankful and decided to pass on them.

A couple of weeks ago my bank called me Sunday morning.  They think I had a fraudulent charge of $270.  It was listed as SalesandMarketing.  Nothing more on my statement.  No phone number, just the state of Florida.  I told them it is fraudulent.  I didn't even know who this company was.  The bank sent out a new credit card.  I get an email yesterday from this company showing an invoice and that they were unsuccessful charging my account and to update it to avoid collections.  I chatted online with some rude girl that I had cancelled this 2 years ago.  I sent an email to Sue Taylor who was the manager.  She said I had to either mail or fax the cancellation.

I never signed this and this Sue Taylor never told me that.  She hadn't responded to my email stating I couldn't do that!  Technically, I mailed it through email.  They state they will call collections. Good luck with that.  Any judge will see that sending an email directly to the account manager should cancel the service.  I checked my credit card statements from last year.  I do not see any charges on my credit card.  Very strange after 2 years, I suddenly have a charge.  Don't use this company!  They are a scam and are ripping off Realtors a lot of money!  Now I need to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
