July 2015 I spoke with Ali Hosseini regarding lead opportunites via Realtor.com. The Sales Rep. indicated that zip codes in my desired area were available and for $115.00 I would receive shared leads, with this package I was guaranteed 48 leads annually with an average of 4 per month. In August I called back and added a second zip code for an additonal $100 per month, again, I was told I would received 4 leads per month per zip code on avergage with a Guaranteed 48 annually per zip code. After 2 months of not receiving anywhere near 4 leads, per zip code, per month I called Realtor.com, I was told that I need to wait a  bit longer as they should start coming in, early October I called again after speaking with other agents in my office (who were voicing similar complaints) I was told I needed to speak with someone in clients servies,

I waited well over 7 days to make contact with this rep., who then stated there was nothing she could do regarding my concerns and I would need to speak with someone in a different department...I asked to be transfered and I was told that is not how they do things and I would need to wait for someone to contact me! Several days later 10/19 I received a call from a Michael Herrera who actually tried to intimidate me, he stated there was nothing he could do and he could not let me out of the "contract" which by the way I never signed and per email confirmations is called a membership rather than contract, he questioned my Ethics for calling Realtor.com out for what they are...a SCAM!

He then proceeded to ask if I have even closed any of their leads as if I was upset because I couldnt close a deal....Appauled....I informed him I closed the first lead I received from Realtor.com, that I infact close many interenet leads and was rated amongst the 1% for Trulia....how dare he question my ability when I am simply trying to receive what I paid for. After Michael made it clear he had no intentions of helping me I let him know that this best get rectified or I would start filing complaints, I can not believe this company does not have a class action lawsuit again them, and in the event someone files one, I will be joining! He then agreed to credit me for leads not received. I was told I would receive a cedit within 5-7 and that we could revisit this every 90 days, I felt that this was fair and agreed to the resolve. Fast forward 7 days, no credit,

I call Michael back who stated he sees the credit was approved but for some reason not processed, he could not give a reason why this happened but stated he would resend the request and to please allow an additonal 5 days for the credit to hit my account, fast forward 5 days and no credit, I call Michael again, this time I am irritaed and he states, once again, yes, I see it has been approved but not processed, he stated all he can do is sent another request in, I stated that is not acceptable I have been beyond patient and I want to speak to someone in that department immediatly. Michael stated that is not how they do things, he stated there is no one he can transfer me to and that I need to wait another 5-7 days. I stated that is not acceptable and I am done with Realtor.com,

cancel my "membership" and refund my money. He stated someone will call me within 24-48 hours. 1 hour later 11/3 I received a call from Sandy Price 805-557-7891 who stated "she was at the top of the food chain so to speak" she apologized and stated they are going through some changes and asked that I please stay on board and that I will be happy if I do. She promised a refund would be processed asap and that I should see the refund within 5 days....fast forward to today....suprise suprise no refund!!!!! 3 weeks of calls and no refund and to top it off I received 1 lead per zipcode for the month of October....2 leads total when I pay for 8! So that is on average $100.00 per lead I am paying.....

I would also like to point out that Realtor.com allows the Real Estate franchises to become "preferred"agents which means that large companies such as Century 21, Coldwell, Remax and so forth can pay a large sum to insure that their company leads are sent to the listing agents directly, this is a great service that the companies offer their agents, however, when in a smaller zip code such as where I purchase there are 2 main agencies and 1 of those agencies is a "preferred agency" so now you take on average 50% of the leads off the table right there, yet Realtor.com still continues to sell these zip codes to multiple agents, guaranteeing a certain number.....how is it a compnay can sell the same leads to 5-10 ppl....it is my understanding agents within my office were not receiving their guaranteed number of leads and had even called in complaining...yet they still sold me the same zip code with the same guarantee??? I wish I new this before I purchased or I would not have.....This is wrong and someone needs to stop them. They are selling a service they can not provide.
