Realty Law Center Scammed out of $2,400 for a Home Loan Remodification Aliso Viejo, California

In May of 2011, my husband and I entered a contract with Realty Law Center seeking to remodify our existing home mortgage which at that time was in foreclosure status. We made an initial payment of $1,000 and sent two post dated checks for $500.00 each. To this date Realty Law Center has done nothing but taken our hard earned money.
Over the course of 6 months Realty Law Center would request information from me that I was told was being provided to my lender America's Servicing Center. This was later determined to be false and none of the documents I provided to them where sent to my lender.
I would like to request that a class action suit be started and that the victims of this company be able receieve some type of financial recovery.

REMEDY CENTER, NATIONAL REMEDY CENTER, PRUDENT LAW, HOME REMEDY CENTER they have many many companies all over Orange County California. Enter REMEDY on RIPOFF REPORT.COM and you may read hundreds of complaints from consumers all around the United States wint the same story as yours. They just keep changing the name of the companies. Most of these companies ren by the same group of people are located: 4500 Campus Dr., Newport Beach, Ca 92660
Some of the owners and managers are: Blake Krumme, Mike Zedah,
Andrew Weiss, Brian Levine, Matt Brinks. Only Andrew Weiss is listed with the California State Bar Association
