Anytime you ever have to deal with REBATE issues being from purchasing Cell phones , T.V.'s , Direct T.V. ..... They tell you the standard waiting time is 6 weeks ( I believe ) After the 6th week , Most undoutably , you have NOT recieved your REBATE ..... Its very simple !! All you do is call the 1 800 Customer Service # ( in this case -- Prime T.V. ) And tell the person on the other end that you are gonna take this to Small Claims Court ! Its really simple ! I gaurantee , within 4 days... you're rebate will be in the mailbox !! Because these companies will not go through the expense of losing in court ... not over 20.00 -- 50.00 dollars. It cost 50.00 to file... Which they have to reimburse you for. Plus court costs , so its not in there best interest to go thru court. Next time a rebate doesn't show up--- Threaten Small claims -- See what happens. ( Also , the county in which you file , is where the case would be heard , they would have traveling expense , and hotel expenses ! ) Believe me , they would much rather pay the rebate amount ... They just need a little coaxin'. ( * Always keep your rebate and Sales slip in a safe easy -to-find area -- its your proof , in case court does become the option ) Don't let these people rip you off!!! Chances are , they already have , when they sold us the product . tata. Been there -- Done this already

As frustrating as it was for you sir, it was for me. PrimeTV stopped paying their rebates all of a sudden, and we, as a 3rd party processing center had no control of anything. We received notice and were advised to tell y'all to allow more time for processing. Eventually PrimeTV started paying out their customers via direct deposit or debit or something, I am glad you had your problem resolved. Same happened with Cendyne, they went broke though, Im not sure what has happened with PrimeTV.
