Luego del contrato de pago final para el desembolso del préstamo, la Sra. Rebeca Fernandeza envio un documento nuevo que contradice el documento previamente firmado donde luego de haber firmado uno anterior y final por el pago correspondiente, ahora solicita la cantidad de $103.00 USD adicionales, para la liberacion de los fondos alegando que el Presidente de su banco exige dicha cantidad para la liberacion de préstamo.

Se hablo con la Sra REBECA FERNANDEZA para llegar a un acuerdo satisfactorio para ambas partes y se logro llegar a un acuerdo, donde se especifican cargos adicionales por la cantidad de $ 70.00 USD para sello IRS y $ 97.00 USD dolares para concluir los gastos para transferir la cantidad de $ 5,000.00 USD dolares en calidad de préstamo atravez de Western Union. Se pagaron las cantidades correspondientes ( $ 70.00 USD para sello IRS y $ 97.00 como pago final para traslado de préstamo) adicionalmente se firmo un documento que se adjunta, como contrato de pago final para el desembolso del préstamo. Al dia siguiente la Sra. Fernandeza envio un documento nuevo que va en contra del documento previamente firmado donde luego de haber firmado uno anterior y final por el pago correspondiente, ahora pide mas dinero para la liberacion de los fondos alegando que el Presidente de su banco exige $ 103.00 USD dolares para la liberacion de préstamo.
