Rebecca Smith and Queenie Tsin are scam merchants.
They sell you a property in Detroit with various promises about the condition and repairs to the property.
They lie, the property is largely in need of significant repairs after purchase, tenants placed are poor and Rebecca Smith will run away and not refuse contact and support after the sale.
The house I purchased didn't have a working furnace in Detroit in mid winter!
Rebecca Smith is a liar. Queenie Tsin is a liar. They will make all sorts of promises to support your purchase but they sell a substandard property and then run away.
Do not have anything to do with Rebecca Smith, Queenie Tsin or OVG invest.
