Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I hired them to remove my class B misdemeanor. After I paid $300 they asked me to file several forms of paperwork and fax it to them. This included my criminal disposition along with some other documentation. Jordan Palmer told me it would take about 4 weeks to complete the process. I waited for several months before I called back to check the status of my case. They didn't call back for weeks so I wrote them e-mails instead. I recieved no return e-mails for months and then when I had my wife e-mail them she finally got a response from one of their "workers" Nancy Bowling who advised her that she would take over my case and complete it within 2 weeks. Of course we never recieved any respose and we(my wife and I)called her and wrote her but no response again for months. When we finally got ahold of her again she alerted us that since I completed regular probation instead of deferred probation I could not achieve expungement. This information was gatherd after almost 2 years of waiting when I was given several timeframes that were much less than that which were simply not delivered on. Also, I was told that my case was eligible for expungement early on in the process. If they would have even done the research they were suppose to do for me that early they would have had abounding evidence otherwise. I requested my money back due to the lack of service and incompetence displayed by the company but to no avail. My wife and I finally gave up. Now we are trying to move into a new apartment complex which will be safer for or child and decided to look for legal advice. This process prompted me to research the rip-off reports for RecordsRemoval and I found this opportunity. Please help! They have wronged me and my family by both robbing me of hope by giving me false hope and tangibly on a monetary basis.

We never accept faxes as you well know when you received your initial paperwork packet.  Faxes are not legal documents, they must be original as explained in your initial paperwork:  Enclosed are instructions on how you can get an official copy of your arrest record.  For authenticity reasons, the court (or Board of Pardons) requires this information come directly from the state.

1. The report must be original (no photo copies accepted).
2. The report must have the agency identification number on it.
3. The address and telephone number of the agency must be listed on the report; no writing, mark outs, strikethroughs, or alterations will be accepted.

I wrote several e-mails to Nancy Bowling at Records Removal Services requesting access to her legal department she did not respond for months. When I finally recieved a response, she tried to attack me with words about how I supposedly never faxed them the information they asked for when indeed I had faxed the information and still have fax confirmation letters to prove it. Stay away from Records Removal Services. They are scum!
