You failed to mention that on multiple occacions you failed to provide critical and required paperwork. 

Also, we cannot force a State or Board of Pardons to grant you anything.  You had crimes of violence as interprited by the State and as we just told you in January from the State:  "If you were convicted of a felony and served time in a state prison, or if you were convicted of a federal or out-of-state misdemeanor or felony, you must apply to the Division of Parole for a Certificate of Relief from Disabilities for that case."

Also, to grant Pardons or Restoration of Rights you must prove to the State that you have changed (per the State).  Given the tone of your email you are still violent (your Complaint can be interpreted as a threat of physical harm, proof to us and the State that you have not changed).

Resolution of Disputes 
Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, your use of this Site or service or the relationship which results there from (a "Claim") will be settled (to the exclusion of the courts) by private and confidential binding arbitration. 

You agree to waive any right you may have to commence or participate in any class action against us related to any Claim and, where applicable, you also agree to opt out of any class proceedings against us. -Records Removal Services may close or suspend any case file if payments or Qualification Paperwork or any other required documents are not received in a timely manner. - Each case is processed separately; there are no guarantees as to the time frame for completion of any case. - Records Removal Services reserves the right to decline service to any client that refuses to cooperate in an acceptable manner. You further agree that Records Removal Services shall not be liable to you or to any other person as a result of any such suspension or termination. 
- Any remarks, spoken or written, deemed to be threatening in nature to the personal safety of staff, deemed derogatory to any individual on staff, threatening the reputation of the organization, or the threat of legal action against the organization is grounds for case cancellation, no future fees shall be billed nor any prior fees refunded. You further agree that Records Removal Services shall not be liable to you or to any other person as a result of any such suspension or termination. 
- Payment PlanCases will not be released until full payment for services has been received. Any intentional withholding of payment plan fees will result in case cancellation, no future fees shall be billed nor any prior fees refunded. Initial enrollment fee is not refundable under any circumstances. 
Improperly Filed ClaimsAll claims you bring against Records Removal Services must be resolved in accordance with this Agreement. All claims filed or brought contrary to this Agreement shall be considered improperly filed. i spoke with numerous people today and records removal is very much indeed fraud and the police and higher up know about them i provided them with enough info to have them locked up for a long time and not just my case but your case and others.  there is a website you can go on and file a complaint at ic3.gov and im going to start my own website on records removal and how fraud they really are and im also exposing my emails as to how they promised to provide services and still nothing has ever been done.  if you have a facebook or myspace or whatever i would get on there and let everybody know about them.  i cant wait til theses cowards are in prison and i wont rest until they are!!!!!!!

im pursuing this to the fullest from the police station to the FBI so they better watch out plus im putting them on blast all over the internet s**t it might even make it to nightline or abc news lol who knows.  im getting my money back trust and believe me when i tell you, they havent heard the last of amber!!!  can you please if you have any more info on anything let me know because i have some leads.

I filed complaints with local, state and federal goverment. It is a shame our goverment allows these people to pray on americans... Especially in this economy. ** Our website says we are not attorneys, but you do not have to have an attorney for an expungement, only someone who knows what they are doing.  This client enrolled for ONE charge:  Theft (convicted).  Her paperwork was completed and mailed to her address on file.

well i also payed these low lifes $300 and got nothing all i get is the run around with no straight answer.  i payed them and got all the paperwork to them and still have seen nothing in return plus when i confronted them about it some man returned my call within an hour or two which usually takes days to return my call,  i proceeded to tell him i know about his scam and yes i did curse him out and proud of it lol.  i told him i was going to report all of them to the police, da, bbb, attorneys and whoever else over this matter, he told me that he would put my criminal history all over the internet (i have 4 petty misdemeanors ) lol i guess he thought that was going to make me mad but it made him look stupid.  i think he said his name was david and hes the same one that calls back when you leave a message.  i did read on someone else blog about how he will try and say your the criminal and how its your fault you didnt change your address lol well he said the same thing to me but they will not get away with it i promise lol im actually calling the kentucky police and da office tomorrow along with the bbb and i filed a police report here in my city so the da office here in san antonio will look into this matter.  please report this because these people wont stop and im ten steps ahead of them and i will get my money back plus i will get them prosecuted for fraud theft and internet scams.  good luck with big bubba in prison lol o and dont drop the soap!!
