I have not been able to make a single search I am always referred back to the login page. After I login, I request a search (which is always from another website) but then I am taken back to the login. The search is never done.
These folks charge $40 for a lifetime subscription but you can't even login.
I have contacted support but have never received a response. I think it is laughable to see the Rebuttal Response on other messages stating they must contact support, when the ripoffee is complaining that they can't get a response to their email to support. That should be your first clue.
I am sorry that I didn't find this page before I signed up for the "service." I think the only one "serviced" was me.

As of today, I have still not received ANY email from these scam artisits relative to my inquire. All that has been reported on this website MUST be true.
