Recreational factory warehouse ripoff ripoff liars victimized us Jacksonville Florida
Here is another rip offseems the installation is a BIG problem.
We bought our pool 5 yrs. ago and have had to replace theliner twce.
Last summer the rust from the outside wll came through the second liner and we called to get the pool replaced.
The manager told us to try and get the rest of the summer use out of it as thatwould mke our replacement lastlonger.
It was late in the summer so we agreed at that time we were told that it would be$299. to get it replace and $300.for installation.
Now we called and it was $854.94 to replace the pool. and $535.00 to install and $400.00 if we took the old one down. The manager said that he would talk to one of his installer friends and maybe could get it done cheaper on the side.
We waited a week for him and I did call several times he was not in. He left with no word an went on vacation. So w stopped by the store to talk about getting the installation done.
The Guy called and tells me it is $170.00 to take down the old pool Never heard this before! and The replacement pool is 4in. Higher than old pool $20.00 an inch to dig it down enough to be level with our deck.Total Price for installation $885.00.
I clearly told the manager that I would not be able to go over the $535. So here we are with this pool and unable to gt it installed. Whentalking to the manager he was caught in several lies. Try Not to DEAL with them..
