Recreational Factory Warehouse ripoff warranties are all lies Miami Florida
Recreation factory warehouse warranties are all lies!
The tell you that provide services on the spa after you purchase with all these warranties 10 yr on the hull 5 yrs on the pump an motor.
They also send a guy to you house that claims to be an expert in repairs.. the spa pump was working but sould not shut off. The repairman came and said the pump was bad and that he would get me one for 300.00 new but and favor he would try to get a rebuilt one for 195.00.
I told him I would think about it... Reason I had a friend there thatis a ME. As he was looking he noticed that
1. a hose was out.
2. the repairman had removed the tube from over the ozone unit and cut off the top so that it would not reach anymore.
3. he had move the switch from 110 to 220..
The repairman never said anything about all of this or tried trouble shooting. All he wanted was 65.00 for the house call and if I wanted to order the pump.
My friend fixed all of this. When I called RFW to complain and ask that the repairman not be sent out to my house of any one else for that matter, the were very rude..
They said that if anyone else fixes my spa, the warranty will be voided.
