Again in response to your second report; My name is Eric D. I've been either the assistant or store manager for the last five years,Will B. has been gone for almost four years now so there is not a discrepancy there. Furthermore in the second report it say's the problem didn't stem from installation, If you read your first report it sure seams that it was a problem, make up your mind. And as for chlorine we sell all different types, ranging at all different prices and at much better prices than the rest of the market. And those two tablets you spoke of are $11.99 for highly concentrated long lasting tablets, not $16.00.Or you can get 46 tablets of a diffrent kind for $49.00,which is about a dollar a tablet, thats not crazy is it? But again I've never heard from you to correct this problem. I told you we were geared to help but you have to contact me for that to happen.

First of all, to the person named Ed that responded above: The Better Business Bureau of Eastern North Carolina lists a person named Will Beers as the Manager, not someone named Ed. So, there is some sort of discrepancy there. Although, I have came to expect discrepancies when dealing with Recreational Factory Warehouse. To be fair, I bought a pool from you folks and did not have any installation troubles. The issue I have is the Chlorination system you folks sold me. It is junk and so is the filter. The salesperson told me that I would be able to get the Chlorine tabs most anywhere. Well, I can't you people are the only ones that sell them and you want ridiculous money for them. 16.00 for two tablets is crazy! The little plastic fittings are all stripped out on the filter, the hoses leak and no one there seems to care. IF I had read these reports and reviewed your Better Business Bureau report, I would not have bought from you. I am now in the process of purchasing a new system from an online vendor and much it is cheaper to buy and operate!

In resopnse to this statement filed. I am very concerned about this report I have managed this store for a long time and myself and my fellow management have never heard of this situation. Was a manager called in this situation or how about the salesman was he contacted? The install company also knows nothing of this situation?
Not to mention we have never sold an above the ground swimming pool for that much money. Nor has installation ever cost $899. All this info dosen't make sense.
We have always been customer service oriented and were here to help. But we won't know unless were contacted.
