I ordered a DVD from red tag market that was defective. They sent me a call tag to send in the defective murchindise. When I called to make sure that they got it. They said yes and they were going to send out season 3. When I had purchased season 4 and returned season 4. When I called. The senior staff member said to ema the manager. I did three times with no response. When I talked to Justin the senior staff again about the lack of response from the manager. He just said there is nothing he can do. That they don't have any records of me buying any DVDs from them. And they can't send me back my defective DVD or refund me my money. So they have my $40 dollars and defective DVD and I'm out 40 bucks.
