I ordered a silver Apple iPod Nano 4GB (advertised as "NEW!") from the company on 6/28/08. I received the said product on 7/03/08 (the day before the 4th of July holiday weekend). As soon as I opened the package, it was clear that this was not a "New!" iPod. The plastic part on the top and bottom of the iPod looked like it had been pried open too many times and when I tried to listen to downloaded music, it did not quite work. This was clearly deceptive advertising. It should have been advertised as "Refurbished" or "Used" (whatever the case may be).

Called the company on 7/07/08, the first business day after I received the package and asked for a refund. I got my Return Authorization Number also. I mailed the said product via USPS Certified Mail on 7/08/08 and after checking the USPS website, confirmed that the package was received 7/11/08 @ 4:05 pm.

My husband called the company 7/15/08 to check on the status of the refund and was promised it would be credited to our VISA account the following day. As of 7/17/08, the money was still not credited to our VISA account.
