Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I didn't want to write this initially but recently hearing about the slanderous bull that the owner has been spreading has forced my hand.

The company is good at preventing exposing articles or "blogs" such as this one by poking fun at people who post such literature so that when you are screwed over or disatisfied you don't want to post because subconsciously you remember what they have said and don't want to feel like a coward.

The truth is, Regal is a cosmetics division of smart circle run by Kristina Gonter, a 25 year old girl who "qualified" to run a location.

The cosmetics division in itself has its own flaws but Ms Gonter takes it to another level.

Basically, you sell cosmetic for bags business to business  while interviewing and training others to do the same. One bag of cosmetics is supposedly $140, we sold them for $20. Average reps make about 80 to 100 dollars a day. Make 100 a day for 3-5 days in a row and you're eligible to learn training and recruiting. At this point you are now a leader.

In leadership you have an opportunity to build your crew and run a location like kristina and make $100k+. Qualifications to do so; interview and build 4 leaders, also, have one of those leaders build a leader as well. Then, your crew has to sell 500 gift bags two weeks in a row.

I must emphasize that all I've written so far is in no way shape or form impossible nor is a scam. When it comes down to it, it's a retention game. Get 10-15 ppl who want to make 6 figures more than they want to breath and you're golden. The mother company smart circle is a tremendous company to work for.

My only dissatisfaction with the company is the little white lie of business ownership. I've been involved in business for 11 years and I will say that the goal is upper level management. You don't truly "own" a business because you still have a higher up to answer to and ultimately your doors can be shut down by them.

As for Regal and Kristina Gonter,  I qualified for the management position 4 months in a row and want promoted. If you were with the company in december 2014 or prior is obvious you know who I am.

kristinas reasoning for not promoting me varied from week to week but I began to grow curious why I was being held back. All of my "character flaws" that she accused me of were magnified in her. At the end of the day she didn't promote me because of things that she supposedly heard about me not things that she witnessed.

I was told that this wasn't a sales job and there was no quota, realistically she focuses so much on sales that people suck at sales because they are in such a bad mood from her stressing sales so much. She also extorts money off record if you don't sell a certain amount (which is definitely illegal btw which she would know if she graduated at the top of her class like she claims.). In the end your promotion is mostly about how good you are at sales.

Everyone who was close to management left because of HER not anything else. She is really good at covering her a*s by telling lies about the people that leave making it look like she fires people If they don't get their s**t together all people follow her so blindly in Aw of a 25 year old making 6 figures. Although I've never seen her put more than 10 bucks in her has tank. After trying to get in touch with her to speak like adults (failed contact attempts) I'm just going to send a fair warning.

Follow her if you are dumb. Take a look at the children who help run her office and the people she's promoted  and decide for yourself. Or take someone who knows business and listen to 5 minutes of her ignorance and you'll see. If you are smart, there are several other smart circle divisions in town with greater opportunity with managers who actually have a goal to promote people.

Good luck leaders.

Regal Management Solutions and Smart Circle International are both frauds

I would agree with 90% of what is written in this post. Kristina Gonter is a fraud. She started with the San Diego branch of Smart Circle International, originally called Foundation, Inc., then Foundation Marketing, then Keystone (Look them up, they had to keep changing their name and address location do to too many complaints and labor violations). Ian Laird who ran that "division" was forced out of the company by Smart Circle. Sandy El-Rayes, his assistant manager, and Kristina Gonter then left the San Diego office to go open their own locations. Sandy El-Rayes went to Los Angeles to first open Diamond, inc. in Encino, later changed names to Freelance Management Group. Kristina Gonter worked with Sandy there before moving to Sacramento to open Regal Marketing Solutions. BTW, Sandy El-Rayes has now moved to near LAX and changed the company name to Vibe Management.

This people are corrupt. They lie, use deceptive business practices, they commit so many labor violations it's not even funny.
