Dishonest deceptive fraudulent misleading - a disservice to the entire Fresno community

Any real estate agent or innocent consumer who decides to work or do business with Regal Properties & Development located in Fresno, CA may find themselves in an ocean of deception and at great risk with the legal system.

A man by the name of Dave Singh, possible a.k.a. Dave Sidhu was a X-Fresno Police Detective until he was convicted for defrauding Fresno County's In-Home Supportive Services. As a local realtor, I was presented with an opportunity to move into the commercial real estate arena, but soon found myself working for a man who deceived me, the consumers, and the customers, all victims of his deceptive madness pretending he was a real estate agent. Dave Singh presented himself on several occasions as a real estate agent; however, in the first eight weeks I was deceived by this front, totally unaware of the his deception until I came across his conviction records. Because of the nature of his conviction, Dave Singh is unable to obtain a Real Estate License with the State of California. Prior to discovering Dave Singh's past, he claimed he was both an eight year veteran of the Fresno PD and four years with the FBI. He also claims to holds a class B Contractor's License known as a Builders License with the State of California; however, it too was never physically posted.

Peter Singh, an Attorney at Law for Immigration & National Law, located in Fresno, CA is the actual broker of record. In some cases, it was believed Dave Singh used Peter's name as a front for Peter Singh probably because they shared last name Singh in commonality. Who would know? What I find interesting is why an Attorney would put himself in such a risky and precarious situation? So one really has to ask why?

Lying seems to be a commonality among this group of associates, including the so called Real Estate Loan Department. The problem they were faced with was lack of experience and spending much of their time maneuvering through a sea of deception created by Dave Singh. Unfortunately, I was the unsuspecting individual in need of work and trusted this man and his associates. I dedicated three months of my hard work and personal investment trying to get my career of the ground, but only to soon learn I worked for a criminal who still continued to display criminal behavior.

In one contract, a company by the name of KSP Real Estate, broker Karnail Sindher, located in Selma, CA was working in conjunction with this man and new of Dave Singh's non-real estate status except me and the following customers. Together, a contract was executed between my self with Regal Properties as the buyer's representative and with Karnail Sindher, broker for KSP Real Estate as the seller's representative. The other victims in this deception were buyer's Mighty Express Transportation later the name was disclosed as United Express Transportation, Inc. and property seller GPX Express, Inc. When I learned of this Dave Singh deception, I soon became suspicious and soon demanded some explanations.

The loan documents where never disclosed to me (as the realtor of record) during this transaction period and when I demanded the documents for review it was denied by Dave Singh. I removed myself from the transaction to avoid further consequences should this relationship between buyer and seller ever blow-up. The loan was being handled by another Regal Properties & Developments associate, so called Loan Officer Latonya Hurtado, better known as Toni. Included in this sea of deception was an Escrow Officer named Lyndi Perkinson for Financial Title Company as the Escrow Officer of Record. She claimed she had no knowledge of Dave Singh's real estate status she was the only one I believed because what escrow officer would risk a career for a dirt bag like Dave Singh? At least I hope she was being honest. She was provided the articles about Dave Singh from the Fresno Bee as well an at that point, I felt she was on her own.

There were other victims as well under different circumstances, but if ever should the fruits of Dave Singh's deception arise, I can provide the facts.

Again, should one decide to do business with this company, your likely going to get screwed! I really believe this deserves a full investigation. I would bet the outcome would be worth one's effort to put this company out of business for the sake of all good citizens of Fresno, CA.
