Regency Photo & Video, Inc. ripoff selling gray area cameras difficult to cancel order overcharge shipping tricked and lied to us Brooklyn New York
I ordered a camera from this outfit. Shortly after I found out they had a terrible reputation and were selling illegal gray area cameras & equipment.
I called to cancel my order. They made it very difficult by arguing, verbally abusing me and putting me on hold for over a half hour twice.
They sent out the camera anyway and I refused its delivery.
I spent the next several months fighting the bill with them and my credit card company.
I finally got the bill canceled but it still cost me $85.90 for shipping and handling.
These were the most obnoxious and dishonest people that I have ever dealt with.
