Normally I don't waste my time with these types of things. Its my opinion that Karma does her job well, but with Reggie... He said he's "above all of those commonplace euphamisms."
I can remember countless times when I would be having a rough day. He would excuse everyone from the room (he owns the company) and tell me if I didn't get my lazy @$$ in gear...he was going to see to it something would happen to my family, mainly my sister. He said she had all the right thing in all the right places.
After months and months of dealing with his general hatred and distrust, I decided that it was time for me to move on. Not only did my last paycheck make it out of his office 2-3 weeks later, but it bounced. He then proceeded to tell any/everyone that called him as a formal employer, "good luck with THAT piece of s***."I have seen and hear first hand how he's made people see his side, or give in to him.
If at all possible, STEER CLEAR OF THIS MAN!! He is evil and has a horrible work ethic!!!

Reggy is a great boss and I am happy to have him as my employer. He may be direct and not tip toe around words but I guarantee if Reggy told you to get your s@*t together it was because you were messing up. He goes out of his way to help others always and more than likely he was trying to help you save your job. I also call BS on the check bouncing as I have a direct view of our accounting and banking and checks do not arbitrarily bounce. Sounds to me like your bitter and nasty and do not have a leg to stand on so your putting false information out there to make yourself feel better. I feel sorry for you as this is truly pathetic.
