Reggie's Auto Sale, Reggie's Cars Inc., Sales & Service ripoff-Dishonest and leaving customer bewildered with disbelief Warner Robins Georgia
My report begins with my girlfriend and I looking for a used truck at Reggie's Cars Inc.,and the process was a week long. My girlfriend did most of the looking,I worked all day.
She told me they needed my signature, so I left work early to finish my part of the paperwork. When I got there I hadn't seen the paper work until 11/10/05 when I got it I looked over the pre-sale disclosure I started to question Rob, one of the mangers.
The truck was a Ford Expendition (1999) with 91,000 record miles with a total price of $18,287.40 amonut finance $10505.58 with a outrageous apr at 28%.I was heistant about , but she wanted the truck.
We waited on the loan office to do there reference checks the next day we were approved for the truck and the waited on the office to get back with us telling us it was okay to pick up our truck.
Well she forgot it was Veterans Day however the banks are closed so I had to wait until Saturday morning for the banks to open. I was told I needed a $1000 dollars down. That morning I went to the bank and retrieved the money.
I walked into the business(Reggie's Cars Inc./Reggie's Auto Sales)spoke with the receiptions, she told me she called my girlfriend and told her to come pick up the truck.
Well Rob the manager then informed me he sold our truck to someone else because they had the cash. I WAS PISSED....that is an understatement.
