Regina Leader-Post www.leaderpost.ca  Barb Pacholik and Marlon Marshall need to immediately stop their fraudulent and defamatory statements as seen in their February 6th 2014 FCAA front page article

I thought journalists were supposed to be impartial, report multiple sides of the story, and only use facts. I was obviously wrong after reading Pacholik’s February 6^th 2014 front page FCAA article. Had Pacholik or Marshall or anyone associated at their Leader Post paper, even attempted to try and get to the truth they would have soon realized that both the FCAA Novak's and Rodonets’s statements Pacholik quoted about "only$65,000 being paid back to the investors" and that the defendants spent '$500k" on gaming were both PROVEN TO BE FALSE, Perjurous and intentionally misleading during the Hearing.

So the real question is WHY is the LEADER POST printing false, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory and slanderous statements/comments about the Respondent? WE heard that the FCAA government lawyer Sonne Udemgba is behind this Feb 6^th article and that he apparently called up his PR person, Barb Pacholik, to run a story with the sole intent to trash the Respondents. No one can see any reason why that story ran. There was no new movement on this FCAA case, no new evidence, it was just a trash piece brining up testimonies from 2 to 4 years ago with the sole intent to assassinate characters. It was repulsive, unprofessional and sickening at best.

Several investors came forward to confirm their pay-backs from the Defendants and it totals WAY MORE than $65,000 as FCAA Sandy Novak so perjurously misquoted and falsely presented at the 2012 Hearing. Hence probably the reason Novak is no longer employed by the FCAA.  In addition, it was proven by the Casino taff that they could not confirm tthe FCAA's story . FCAA Novak and Rodonets, got this $500K figure from card stats and no one from the Casino would confirm that the Respondent used any of those cards or that it was her at all.

Worse than this, many of the dates FCAA Ed Rodonets and Sandy Novak claim the Defendant was gaming at a Regina Casino, were dates that she was out of the country and nowhere near Saskatchewan at all. As a matter of fact, she was gone for about 4 months total and nowhere near Regina or any casino in Saskatchewan. Maybe this is why Novak is no longer employed at the FCAA -she got caught lying and perjuring on the stand. We have seen the hard evidence, and we know the truth and had that rag of a paper called the Leader Post even attempted to gather the truth once during these past five years, then they would have known the truth too. But Pacholik and Marshall are way too busy to try and get the truth and have their heads too far up the butts of Udemgba and the FCAA to even care about the truth.

The FCAA Hearing Panel of Gordon Hamilton, J. Paul Robinson or Pete Carton have in front of them hard, physical evidence that directors and staff of the FCAA committed crimes against the Respondents during both the investigation and the Hearing. I hope they are not trying to figure out how to sweep this under the rug or make it go away, because they cannot. The evidence shows that these FCAA entities committed some serious crimes, why do you think they hired Pacholik and the Leader Post to push “hate and defamatory” articles about the Respondent into everyone’s faces? They did this in an attempt to mislead the public from the truth about the government’s corrupt and criminal actions.

As an investor and reviewing all the evidence and speaking directly to the Respondents these past few weeks, the Respondents are sure they will get an unjust and bias ruling handed down as the Panel has been bias to them all along. I will say this, if an unfair ruling is handed down, I will be the first in line to support the Respondents in an appeal and will gladly testify against the FCAA. There are also many other regulatory bodies waiting in the wings to see how this FCAA Panel will handle their decision as well and to see if the FCAA Panel will hand down a fair and just ruling, for the Respondents sure did not get a fair Hearing proceeding. These regulatory bodies will swoop down on the FCAA as well if any “funny business” goes on in regards to their final ruling.

Leader Post and FCAA you are playing with my future as an investor, and these fraudulent statements and hate you push out to the public affects all of the investors. Either play fair and report objectively or shut the F*#k up! But no more of this one sided and fraudulent reporting. This needs to stop now!! If Pacholik and the Leader Post think they are doing the investors justice with their hate propaganda articles, then they are even less intelligent that we thought they were. I am one of the investors of the named companies and I am not happy how the FCAA and media have handled our situation. I was paid out more than Novak's perjurous "only $65,000 paid out to investors" fraudulenet statement so I know the Leader Post and the FCAA to be liars.
