Registry Update, Registryupdate.com is offering a fraudelent registry cleaning product that does not work. Ripoff Orion Township Michigan
I kept getting an error message on Internet Explorer that advised I had possible errors, spyware, etc. on my computer and that for $39.95, I could purchase their software to correct the problem.
I purchased the product, downloaded it, and the software cleaned nothing. I ended up having to get my computer serviced anyway to fix the situation.
The support department does not help, they just continually send canned emails back to back. They are a fraud, and I believe that it is part of the virus/fraud that attaches itself to your computer... not sure. But I haven't been able to contact and reach anyone at they're company for help.
I'm currently disputing this charge with my credit card company.
