Hi Mike. Many various bad people will use this option if it's turned on. Instead of clicking on stop as you said in your report, people should click on 'disable'. That will totally shut the service down and you don't have to do this every time your computer is rebooted. If the rare occasion would occur you would actually need this service, then you can go in, turn it on to use it, then again disable it once you are done.
